I ordered the pig belly, which is typically served with crispy skin, but the skin on top was completely gelatinous and not crispy like it should be. It was not appetizing at all, and I was surprised that the kitchen would send it out in that condition.

T... read more The restaurant is quiet and relaxed, not a rushing type hectic and busy. Staff do their best to ensure that customers are satisfied with the service and menu. The 3-course lunch is good and very cheap. The main dishes are also very well presented and tasteful. We have visited a few times and are always satisfied with the service and menu choices. The last was seven for a Sunday dinner party.

Thanks very much, Matt and Sarah who came last Sunday and we had the Beef and Turkey and Brixworth Pate and spicy prawns. All very tasty.

Saturdays can be noisy with music but we like that.
