I recently tried a vegan burger for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. It was juicy and flavorful with great aromas. However, I have found that not all vegan burgers are created equal. Some are dry, too salty, or missing ingredients. In some cases, they have even been slightly burned. My partner, who eats meat, always enjoys his burgers when I ask him to try them.
