Half of the time food/service is good, the other half is a different story. Order accuracy is a crap shoot. In fact the only thing consistent is the fact that it 's going to be slow. Slower than any other location I 've been too. Milkshake machine is down every other time I go there. Sucks too, only live 2 miles away. It 's a toss up which is worse: the Wendy 's or the Arby 's at the Airport exit. Won 't be back to either one of them. Aug '24 I feel the need to ammend the review left previous. I have been coming back for about a year and must say that the service and the food has been top quality. I realize that our nature is often to complain quickly and loudly, but it 's important to recognize a job well done too. Well done

Food quality was awful. Bread tasted stale and food was cold. Fries were hard and also tasted stale. Cashier was rude, tossed the bags at me then shut her window without a word. At least she tossed a handful of napkins in the bag, that we didn’t need because we tossed the food. So that was cool.

This will be the 5th or 6th time I have been to this Arby's and the order was wrong! They need to do better about making sure orders are getting out correctly.

It was really clean. They were very nice. The food was fresh and delicious!

After some initial confusion about cashiers taking cash only versus cash or credit, it went very smoothly. Food always decent at Arby's but this place stood out a being clean and being at a Loves Truck stop makes it all the more appealing.
