What Emanuel Quitzon doesn't like about Shaheen Tikka Kabab House:
Regularly ordered from this restaurant but tonight I received completely wrong order. I ordered pulao rice and was shocked to receive some kind of big chunk of meat dish instead which is highly upsetting. I’m vegetarian and this really put me off eating dinner entirely tonight View all feedback.
I have now had two different Pakistani breakfast - one here and another one in Markham.
With an area with a high demographic of East Indian population..__For a store to be open as long as Shaheen means that they are doing something right.__The
I ordered the mother paneer and asked for mild. I have a really spicy court. because it was unprecedented, I only noticed at home. I am sadly disappointed, because everything I could taste was seasoned and not the smells, and was not able to eat much of it. very expensive for something I couldn't really eat. if they like spicy, it would be okay, but not if they need mild. they said they have a mild option, but that was far from mild. I can tolerate medium heat and that was spicier than the restaurants must be careful as some of us have sensitive moats when it comes to spicy food. there are many places with mild veggie curries, so it is sad that this was not because the others are far from my opposite. please do it better.
I had a long day and was pretty late back to home. my neices were asleep in the back seat. When I saw I couldn't cook anything fast enough to feed them before I put them in the bed. I decided to order a MILD-Biryani for her. when we were trying to eat my food, the biryani was too spicy. I tasted it and I started swearing right away. my lips and the mouth burn. I had to make my girls a sweet yoghurt drink that was not enough to eat the biryani easier. I called to ask what went wrong. I was so nice on the phone and the person I spoke to argue with me and wouldn't listen to a single word I said. I was so tired and patient. he let me pamper on the phone and he cut off my lead. I called back and he was still not willing to accept that he had made a mistake. an apology was all I expected. I went in today to get naan. I found the guy at the desk fortunately. about 6 meters. belly stick out. lighter mustache. Dark Indian Complexion. I asked him if he remembered our conversation. he was obsessed. I asked him who taught him how to talk to customers because I never treated someone so legitimate in my life. I've been through it, how to deal with customers on the phone. Listen. his co-worker offered me free biryani and an apology when he heard my warming. but they miss the point. the person who made the mistake of respecting a valuable customer on the phone was right there. the only person to be excused was this single person. I refused the free biryani because they can't let their problems disappear by providing free things. shaheen really has to teach their workers how to act. the food is 7/10. it's too expensive. I wouldn't recommend going here if they were to be treated fairly and charged accordingly. a simple boneless chicken biryani will lead her $15. I would recommend to take their business to be on birchmount rd and danforth. they are very nice. very respectful. I hope no one has to join this again. I was so hesitant to write a review because I don't ruin a call. but to do this again and again to customers. Yeah, don't go here. there are better options.
Test is good for halwa puri, but very expensive. for only two tablets of halwa armi for 2 people was bill $29.81 there was no tee or another drink. in bill they automatically set 10% degree. interestingly, they take on both meals and on grade! see bill. very disappointing.
