Wow, I'm amazed that a Saint Germain bakery has opened in Fairview Mall and I didn’t even notice! To be fair, the location is somewhat tucked away near a side entrance and deep in the mall, so not many customers venture there. However, it’s a great addition compared to the upcoming location! Would return. a great addition to the shopping center selling small rolls and cheap drinks. not expensive, expect 2 2.75 per piece, drinks 3 5. visa accepted, but no amex. big fan of her pork floss and sausage rolls. matcha has a kind of maple or syrup in the inner. bbq Pork bee doesn't look like much, but the taste is not bad when you look at others.
Yummy! had not dissapoint, all enjoyed! I ordered the cake online and picked it up the next day. it tasted delicious! not sugary what I wanted. it was light and fruity. I asked her to write my child's name happy 10th birthday. it looked beautiful. but next time I probably won't write, so there's more to be. thanks for the cake!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting my second location of Saint Germain Bakery, this time situated on the lower level of Cadillac Fairview Mall. If you're someone who believes that visuals can whet your appetite, then you need to check this place out. The cakes and pastries on display are nothing short of stunning. The ingredients look fresh and wholesome, particularly items that include fruit! They offer a wide variety of products, including traditional cakes, breads, Chinese pastries, mooncakes, and special occasion cakes for weddings and other celebrations. I opted to try the Chinese pastries, as I consider myself a bit of an expert in that area! The staff were friendly and readily available to answer any questions, and the checkout process was seamless.
This restaurant is quite lovely. I’ve tried a few different types of curried buns and BBQ buns, but this is the first time I’ve really experienced the meat inside the bun. The texture was perfect—flaky, soft, and crusty in all the right places. I sampled a variety of items, including an egg tart, curried beef bun, BBQ pork turnover, hot dog with onion bun, and a double-baked almond croissant, and everything was absolutely delicious. A special thanks to the lady who recommended the tart; it was a great choice!
