Had an issue with my order where it seemed like chicken wasn't extra and just regular and pieces were all clumped on a couple slices and some were empty as well as sauce wasn't what I've put into the website (an issue the website itself) however customer support was great and they gave me a free pizza so I could re-order again and get it done properly. Pizza here taste so good and service is really nice. Highly recommend this place. Very happy with this
We placed an order for takeout, and the service was exactly what you would typically expect for takeout—neither exceptionally positive nor negative, just neutral.However, the overall atmosphere of the restaurant was quite disappointing. It was dark, gloomy, and had a somewhat sketchy vibe when we visited. It's important to note that many of these ambiance-related elements were likely beyond the restaurant's control, so I don't hold them responsible for that aspect, hence the 4 stars for atmosphere and 5 stars overall.In summary, our experience was overall great, despite the less-than-ideal restaurant atmosphere.
Worst Pizza Hut Location EVER. Customer service sucks and management is even worst. Pizza is horrible. No wonder this location is always empty and they have so many bad reviews. Avoid this location at all cost. Even if i got this pizza for FREE, i would still pass.
Do not waste your money or time on this place. The ambience is terrible and the staff absolutely have no idea how to give recommendations. Highlight of all, temperature control of this place is great(sarcasm) heavy AC, shivered like crazy. Next best thing, the food is a definition of abysmal quality like srsly my friend ordered chicken wings and they gave her such a juicy tender chicken that she stopped eating after one bite. Kudos to us for finding such a branded franchise.
The best taste Pizza Hut store so far. The new thin crispy crust is very delicious.
