Villa Madina - North York Industiral

I wanted to have no rice and a little bit of more salad with my tawookshish plate. They didn’t give any extra salad so I ended up paying the full price for half the plate. They also have terrible communication skills, they shouted and talked in a mean way when I didn’t understand a question they asked about sauces. Finally, I found hair in the food when I was eating it. This is probably the worst food experience that I had in Toronto.

Noticed they purposely excluded certain items (like potato's) when serving shawarma plates during lunch time. Most people don't notice till they already left due to how they are being rushed. Very disappointed to pay full price and be skimmed out like that. I don't recommend.

You can go here if you want to eat just anything. I got a bogo deal so I visited, but there are better shawarmas in the area for the same price. I didn't like the taste at all.

I've eaten here several times. While I look the food, the service has always been a bit lacking. I've ordered the Rok Box a few times which in it's photos has toppings, and yet its always seemed like a hassle when I've asked if I can get a few toppings. As other reviewers have mentioned, the employees are practically pouring hot sauce on your food as they ask if you want it. I can't handle spice at all, I'd have to ask for a new meal if they went too quick.

I invite everyone to visit this location and taste the shawarma, especially the sauces and eggplant , how delicious it is or hummus with shish tawouk it’s was yummy ? yummy ?
