Advantages: The food is decent, however, the protein portions are smaller than they used to be. Disadvantages: I placed an order for pick up online. When I arrived, I was informed that one of my items was not available, however, I wasn't offered a refund or a substitute. As soon as I started to ask for a refund for the unavailable item, the employee's demeanor became noticeably colder, and I had to ask him twice. He told me he couldn't help me and to ask for the refund online. I ended up doing that, but I received no response… Additionally, the other item I ordered wasn't prepared when I arrived, even though some time had passed since I placed it, and I had to wait longer.
