Osmow's Shawarma

I used to eat a lot of shawarma from west end and suddenly craved for one today so gave this a try. Their chicken on the rocks was very hard and tasted bland, probably the chicken was as reheated multiple times. Servings also was less than competitors. Not gonna bother here again

I recently dined at this restaurant, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed. The place was impeccably clean and had a wonderful aroma. The staff and greeter were exceptionally friendly, making me feel right at home.When I perused the menu, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value it offered. The dining experience, as a whole, was nothing short of delightful. I rarely leave reviews, but I simply couldn't resist sharing my thoughts, given that the food was truly exquisite.Each dish served was a testament to the restaurant's commitment to delivering high-quality plates. My partner and I were not only impressed by the delicious food but also by the outstanding service we received. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.

This restaurant was horrible.Service: We were not greeted when we entered. The two employees were standing together, away from the counter. The man who took our order, wore the same gloves to handle both cash and food. He did not wash his hands or change his gloves.Food: we ordered a chicken Caesar salad, and eat chicken on the rocks. The salad had NO chicken and the chicken in the rocks had BURNT LAMB. How do you mess up both meats?When we called to speak to the store about the errors they hung up on us. Very rude and would not recommend coming here. I would give 0 stars if I could.

I’m a frequent customer of Osmow’s. every time I have notice the quality and serving portions are very low at this location. This time they have only filled my wrap with lettuce. Even though I asked for all Toppings in it except turnips. Falafel was so thin.

I had tried osmow’s from many locations, but this location always give stomach problems. There is something which is unhygienic. I never had issue with other locations food of their franchise.Comment below if someone also felt it.
