Outstanding interactive customer service experience, generous portion, I chose 2 meats and 1 vegetables; bourbon chicken fried fish zucchini with mushrooms stir fried Shanghai noodles. All items are delicious, chicken is tender white meat chunks, fish was memorable and spicy good. The portion is large and fed my daughter and me. Outstanding, and satisfying. Kudos to friendly staff. Ordered a Combo 3 (Honey Garlic Chicken and Bourbon Chicken, Vegetables and Noodles) and it tasted average.The combo was almost 15 dollars without a drink and the workers were skimpy with the toppings as they gave me little portions. They do not fully fill the takeout box compared to before.With the addition of the high prices and skimpy portions, the service is quick and fast.

I recently dined at Bourbon Grill and tried their 2 meet 1 veggie combo. Unfortunately, it did not live up to my expectations. While the portion size was satisfactory, I found the flavors to be lacking. The food was not as flavorful as I had hoped, which left me somewhat disappointed.

I order a 2 meat and 1 veggie combo. My little one wanted tempura shrimp. Normally to get sea food in the combo they charge a dollar extra. And even after charging that extra dollar, they gave me just 4 tempura shrimps. There quantities serving portions are seriously rigged.
