The prices were quite reasonable for both classic pub fare and daily specials, offering something for everyone. A special highlight for those with gluten sensitivities like myself is the solid selection of around seven gluten-free options, featuring various proteins. Adding gluten-free beer would have taken it to the next level. I can't recommend this place highly enough for families, couples, or groups. You won't be disappointed!

The chicken risotto as a Gluten free meal was sensational, the Eggplant Parma is to die for! We are building our new home at The Cape so looking forward to many many more meals at The Tavern. Service is always impeccable, very friendly and accommodating, beautiful coffee and huge choice of drinks! Cannot wait to go back again:
