I trusted the review from here. No one said anything bad things about this restaurant so I booked for my boy friend birthday dinner. I ordered two set menu. Unbelievably small sashimi (only 2), one small gyoza for the start, unbelievably small salad, just ONE scallop cut in HALF for two of us, ONE small fish CUT in HALF for both of us, ONE small steak CUT in HALF for both of us, crappy fried rice in the end.... Seriously we thought this is a joke. Such a wasted time

Food is great and service to match. Very friendly and BYO available. My family chose a set meal which is the best way to go in a group. The only criticism I could make is there is no air conditioning or fans in the restaurant. When it fills with people and the hot plates are going it is stifling. I will frequent this place Lin winter only unless the get some air in the place

LOVE LOVE LOVE Sakari! Myself and my 4 children have been dining at this restaurant for about 8yrs now. The seafood is always FRESH, the meat cuts - delicious, chicken - cooked perfect and always entertaining. Jo and Lisa have got this teppanyaki restaurant down pact and I reccommend it to everyone. We'll go to Sakari at 3 or 4 times a month! Sakari Set menu is the way to go.... and lots of sake of course!!

The restaurant itself is nothing fancy but the staff and the food are amazing. Fresh, tasty food made in front of your eyes with all the normal teppenyaki tricks. A favourite of ours - we will be back.
