I was slightly reluctant to risk a flat white coffee here when collecting two of our young granddaughters halfway between their home in Hull and our place for a two night stay. However I needed a caffeine boost for the drive home and was very pleasantly surprised with the product (and the friendly accompanying service). I’ll certainly be happy to try out another flat white on the return trip. View all feedback.
What MorningAJ doesn't like about Costa:
I'd had a few bad experiences here (slow service, filthy tables) so I stopped visiting for a while. I thought I'd give it another go in case it had improved but no luck. It took 3 people to serve me and they still got it wrong! You shouldn't have to ask more than once for an order but this lot seem to have no idea what service is. Their attitude could do with an overhaul too. Very disappointing all round. View all feedback.
As the first timer with a cup mocha from the Costa machine on an M1 service area, I can honestly say it was flowering delicious! I'm back.
Clean easy to find open large hours and lots of variety. good prices and absolutely great personal. mentioned that the tables seemed to have been missed on a clean one and they came out immediately and sorted it and apologised for this error superb customer service always at its best personal here are well selected employees at the top of their game.
Tiz, as it is. I would love to see independent coffee shops are service areas.
I stopped by the 24-hour Costa Coffee shop for a drink, only to find that both locations were closed at half past ten at night. It was disappointing to see that the other nearby shops and services were closed as well.
Usual good standard at the main shop or the kiosk, even in the middle of the night! Can't fault it really.
