This was my first visit to any Tim Horton's ever. I loved the donuts and the peach beverage they had available at the time.Parking: I picked this location BECAUSE there was free parking. View all feedback.
What Tiffany P doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Had to try the famous Tim Hortons while in Canada! And I wish we didn't. We waited in a long line for donut holes and a breakfast sandwich that were dry and nothing spectacular. We used napkins to clean the crumbs and stains off dirty tables before eating. The cherry on top was the cashier's cold attitude. View all feedback.
This Tim Hortons is one of the best in terms of service and convenience. There's usually plenty of seating available.
The restaurant branch is quite outdated. They take your order only to later inform you that the item is unavailable. The chairs and decor are quite worn as well. There's a shortage of staff, resulting in long wait times. Additionally, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired.
I was running late for work today and stopped by this location. I ordered six cream cheese pastries and six double-double coffees. Unfortunately, I received cold coffee, and the pastries were at room temperature, which made them seem stale and not fresh or crispy at all. Overall, my experience was disappointing. I would recommend avoiding the drive-thru when visiting this location.
I had a rather unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The staff completely overlooked me, failing to offer any greeting, and they seemed to view taking my order as a significant hassle. One staff member even slammed the kiosk keyboard while entering my order, which made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Overall, it's just another standard Tim Hortons, but this location could definitely use an attitude adjustment.
I often stop by this restaurant for a quick breakfast before hitting the road. It’s usually quite busy, but the staff is well-organized and the line moves quickly. Generally, I have no issues with my orders, even when I customize them. However, I recently had a problem when I ordered several combo breakfasts using the kiosk. One of them was not processed as a combo, even though I paid extra to upgrade my drink to a quencher. Although the order was shown as a combo on the screen, I didn’t receive a hash brown. When I returned to the counter and waited in line again, I was told it wasn't actually considered a combo. I decided not to pay again and to wait for a new order instead. I’m not sure why upgrading my drink changed the entire order, but it’s definitely important to double-check your order.
