The service here was friendly and very efficient. The regular Margarita was fantastic and really delicious. The chicken fajitas were excellent and the Tortllla Flight was really good. Excellent guacamole. View all feedback.
What Daniela Thoben doesn't like about Tequila Cocina Lonsdale:
The service is pretty decent. However, I was expecting to find the same Menu and Prices than the Grandville location, since both places have the same name. It was disappointing when I found out the Menu is different, the prices and the flavor as well. Pretty expensive for the quality of the food and size of the dishes .I don't recommend the place. Except if you are going for the Life Music. View all feedback.
The service was quite good, but I had hoped to see the same menu and prices as the Grandville location, given that both restaurants share the same name. It was disappointing to discover that the menu differs, along with the prices and flavors. I found it to be quite pricey for the quality of the food and portion sizes. I wouldn't recommend this place, unless you're specifically going for the live music.
We enjoyed an outdoor dining experience that was truly delightful. Every dish our group ordered was prepared perfectly. Despite our food allergies, the staff accommodated our needs without any hassle. The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were quite reasonable. The burritos were simply fantastic! As for kid-friendliness, you’ll love the dinosaur featured in the photo! Additionally, it was easy to find gluten-free and peanut-free options on the menu.
The ambiance was enhanced by a live Mariachi band, which added a lively touch, though it did make things a bit louder. However, it was delightful to listen to while savoring the delicious food. The service was exceptional.
When the bill arrived, we were shocked to see that we were charged for the nachos, which we hadn't even touched. They told us they couldn’t remove the charge, which was surprising since I’ve never been billed for an appetizer that was served late and left untouched. The service was quite lacking, and while it's a nice spot for margaritas on the North Shore, the food did not impress at all. With the food and service both disappointing, we won't be coming back.
I ordered the sopes and a mango margarita, and both were fantastic. My friend chose the tacos dorados with potatoes instead of chicken, and she found them to be slightly dry. Nevertheless, the service was outstanding, and we had the opportunity to enjoy our meal outdoors in the beautiful weather.
