Mr. Sushi Lynn Valley - North Vancouver

Some of my favourite sushi on the North Shore (and I have tried many places). Well priced. You used to be able to dine in, but it's been take-out only since the pandemic. They can get very busy at dinner time so order ahead (online).

Their customer service is very very poor. I don’t want to go any more in the restaurant. They don’t told the actual pickup time as well as they also argue with the customer. Wtf??

This place has amazing sushi but just stick to that, I tried there donburi there today and was extremely dissatisfied. Clearly just a sushi place!

Served stale toro. We ordered a pickup on April 28, order #34478Our toro sashimi looked falling apart, grey and smelled acidy. I've tried one piece(yeap, bravery and dumbness in its best) and can't even swallow it, completely spoiled.It's inappropriate. Other rolls and salmon sashimi were fine.

I don't write reviews but in this case the food was so bad I have to say something. I ordered the all day special it must have been left over from the previous weeks special. The tempura was soggy, the chicken was so tough it must have been a rooster the whole mess was cold. i gave it 2 stars because the sushi was good. I've ordered here before it's always been good but it was so bad I don't want anybody else to get this experience. I'm just happy I didn't get sick. I can't imagine when I would order the all day special again it will be a while before I go back for anything.
