Mountain Top Wheat Gluten-free Bakery

I liked this bakery, but now I'm not impressed. I bought a chicken pot cake, cheese bread, sausage rolls, paninis and apple cake. the chicken pancake was really disappointing, with barely chicken or sweet for this fact; we were just diligent. the rolls were very dry, without fresh and were a complete crumb measurement. as far as the paninis are concerned, they had hardly tasted, and I wouldn't buy them back. the brot and the sweets here are in order, but the quality of the other objects must be seriously processed. I spent a bit of money and was so impressing.

Had an appointment for a massage today morning and the delicious bakery aroma pulled me out to this precious stone of a load on the way. I found many delicious gf tasty for my wife macaroons, granola bars and a delicious Greek quiche!

Has the beat gluten free bread I have found anywhere in BC!

We are a ferry away from North van, but Grace was good enough to meet us at her closed shop so my husband could pick up an order of wheat free treats to suite his Fodmap diet.He is so very happy to enjoy cookies muffins again.He loves the bread, toasted with eggs for breakfast and had really missed it until Mountaintop!the chocolate biscotti are all gone already so good!We have already told our gf friends to shop there.Very tasty gf baking and great customer service
