Mama's Italian Cafe - North Vancouver

I work in an accounting department on the North Shore and 6 of us tried this place for the first time today! It was divine. You taste the love in their food. Spinach Cannelloni was really good, same with the pea soup! I have yet to try my lasagne, however, judging by them smell and look, I suspect it will match the greatness and quality of everything else. If you like a good soul warming homemade meal, this is your place!

Mama's is always a winner. The daily soups are amazing, and the spinach cannelloni is consistently perfect. The homemade bread and sandwiches are top-notch. Everything is made fresh daily from scratch. This cafe is a hidden gem that I highly recommend, especially if you're in the North Vancouver area. Stop by for lunch - you won't be disappointed.

A fabulous Italian Cafe in the heart of the Dollarton highway industrial area near Second Narrows Bridge. I frequent Mama's because the food is always fresh and made from scratch. From the daily soups, to the Cannelloni and lasagna, to the Meatballs, Sausages and fresh bread. Every day, Mama's has an assortment of freshly made food, that keeps me coming back for more. The large $5.00 sandwiches made with their fresh baked bread, can't be beat! A real gem of a place!!

This cafe is amazing! I work near here and visit a few times a week. The food is excellent and tastes just like homemade Italian cooking. I highly recommend this place!

Excellent!. The soups are fantastic, with a new variety offered each day, served piping hot with a slice of Mama's freshly baked whole wheat bread. My top choice is the Curry Chicken/Cauliflower. The oversized sandwiches are packed with mouthwatering ingredients; my personal favorite is the Mediterraneo. How wonderful!
