The restaurant has received mixed reviews. Some customers reported poor food quality, long wait times, and unsatisfactory service. Others praised the delicious food, fresh meat, and pleasant ambiance. The menu can be limited at times and prices are increasing while portions are getting smaller. Overall, the Persian food was enjoyed by most, including lamb, chicken, and beef dishes. The ambiance was lovely, service was attentive, and COVID protocols were followed. The restaurant offers good value with dishes like the Casba platter. Despite some mixed experiences, many customers plan to return and recommend Cazba to others.

We have ordered from Cazba from years. And have been loyal customers. But this evening they forgot to provide the delivery service with our full order. Which they admitted to be their fault. And after waiting for 3hours they finally delivered what they claim to be the rest of the order, while paying for the full price of the remaining items, and had nothing to say but sorry. And have not been refunded by the third party for delivery which means we have paid 1.5x’s the cost of the meal, while it being cold, and waiting several hours to the point our guests left. This is disgusting business practices and will not longer be a patron and also recommend to everyone NOT to support a business that does this to their patrons. So disappointed in this behaviour.

The location is beautiful (expect crowding parking non-availability during weekends). Welcoming is great, a little waiting time. What I like: Good food, the bread is absolutely awesome, the manager tried his best. What I dislike: The menu items were not available, they forgot to bring part of the order, for one of the guest they deliver very late (same type of order), bit of embarrassment. They need to raise the bar of service.

Dined here on a Friday night 6:30 and we were taken aback at the lovely, exotic decor and professional service, feeling quite safe with COVID protocols observed. The menu was rich; we started with shrimp with tomatoes and mains were Lamb Pirzola (generous delicious lamp chops with rice and. salad) and Mixed Grill (beef, lamb, chicken with rice and a salad). We shared a large baklava. This is definitely a restaurant for a lamb overs. Wine list decent and service attentive and charming. Highly recommend with a menu to explore. Seems like belly dance show attracts a following, but left well before then. Reservations best.

The presentation was fantastic! The salmon kebab was cooked to perfection - wow! I'm already looking forward to coming back next week and trying the lamb.

During our three days stay in Vancouver BC, we got 3 dinners at three different restaurants and this was the best which we tried our very first day.Lassi was the best here by price and by quality compared to one other restaurant. We got fish dish and beef kabobs dish, as my best favorite beef kabobs and they served the best Kababs compared to two other restaurants we got dinner. If you are visiting are living Vancouver then this will be the best option for to try. Thanks to whole staff for serving us the best food and make our short visit memorable!!Parking: We didn’t see any parking issues because we just visited them from our hotel by walking.
