Waiting for over 10 minutes for my order and the following 5 people who have ordered after me get their food first. Half of which ordered the same burger get theirs first. The back end is extremely slow. I wasted a good chunk of my break waiting for them to catch up. This isn't the first time either. The location outside of the mall is so much better. Don't waste your time like I did. Go there instead. View all feedback.
