The employees were very kind and greeted us warmly. They serve delicious pizza and have a wide variety of beer options. However, the prices for the beer are a bit steep and it would be preferable if they served a complete pint instead of a smaller size at that cost. View all feedback.
What George S. Raptis doesn't like about Angry Otter Tap And Forno:
Easily the worst takeout food I've had in Vancouver. Shop bought strips would be infinitely better. Pizza was just terrible. Chain restaurant food at it's worst. Absolutely terrible value. View all feedback.
As soon as we arrived, the server told us that her shift would end in 10 minutes, so someone else would serve us. She didn't take any orders (not even drinks, nothing). We waited for a few minutes, and she returned with an attitude. She took our orders as if she were doing us a favor. Someone else served our drinks (better attitude, but still lower than average), and the initial server didn't leave until an hour later. Our then server took ages to bring our bill so yes, the food and drinks were good, but we all felt very unwelcome.
Nice brewery and pizza place in North Vancouver. Stopped by after a lovely afternoon at Panorama Park on our way home to grab an early dinner. Warm, modern industrial decor. All the food we had was extremely good and I would recommend a visit here. Particularly, the Margherita and Hawaiian pizzas, Sparterre burger, house wings (with honey sriracha sauce) and the arugula salad. The blood orange cider also really good.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options listed on menu including pizza and salad.Dietary restrictions: GF options available including pizza. For low FODMAP vegetarians, you can modify the arugula salad but ask for the dressing on the side as I think it contains garlic.Parking: Free parking in carpark at the back make sure you register inside.
Service was great : Absolutely loved the Big Kahuna burger with yam fries which came out super crispy; same with their quesadilla. The only thing is please please update the way you guys make perogies as these were the worst ones I’ve ever had. As a Ukrainian, I felt like perogies were disrespected. Sad sad face.
Nachos and Burger were great. Unusual atmosphere of random music tracks combined with NFL, Baseball Poker on the TV’s. Would definitely return though.Kid-friendliness: Great place for families with young children.
Excellent pizza, especially the herb pizza. Additionally, the customer service was excellent. We also enjoyed the delicious Margarita pizza. You must try Wild Thing Blackberry Bourbon Ale.The woody flavour of the pizza is a result of the use of oven wood which is nice. Also very affordable place. All in all, I had a nice experience here, and I would absolutely go again.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.Parking: It was easy to find parking.
