Marshalls - North Tyneside
Marshalls
Description
Marshall's Fish and Chips is a seaside spot with mixed reviews. While some criticize its average food quality and slow service, others praise its classic fish and chips at reasonable prices. The atmosphere may not be luxurious, but loyal customers keep coming back for the delicious food, with one visitor even making a special trip from Canada. Overall, Marshall's has its ups and downs, but if you're in the mood for a satisfying and nostalgic seaside meal, it might just hit the spot.

Best fish and chips you will eat. batter light as spring and not greasy. senior price excellent, fish, chips, tee and brot, £5.50
Visited on a busy Friday evening, so there was a waiting queue that was made worse by several large amounts) and had to admit that eating was hastened, not the cleanest, and some of them left out for one. Nevertheless, we were served by a young gentleman, think they, his name was callum? and despite the stress of the hurry, was very polite, professional and served really good portions for us. It was a bit more expensive than I had expected to pay £23 for two meal times) but the eating was still delicious and clean tables outside for use. I'm sure if we went to a less busy time, it would be 5 stars.
This is the best fish and chips around and the staff here are so friendly. had chips and curry sauce with batter bits and it was absolutely delicious and deserves after a few beers in the night before! worth visiting when they are in tynemouth. Thank you!
Had Haddock and chips yesterday, absolutely delicious everything was perfect the batter was the best I've tasted. Will definitely be my number one fish and chip shop stop from now on.
