Had Haddock and chips yesterday, absolutely delicious everything was perfect the batter was the best I've tasted. Will definitely be my number one fish and chip shop stop from now on.
It was pouring with rain and couldn't resist a portion of chips! What chips! Best I have ever tasted! 10/10! The staff were friendly and great. Suggested I ate them in their cafe bit as it was raining so hard! Thank you. Will definitely be back! Well done!
My 'go-to ' chippy when visiting Tynemouth. Always get a takeaway to be eaten on the headland overlooking the Tyne. Fish was smaller than I 'd had before but flesh was tasty and batter crisp. Chips, as ever, were lovely.
I'm a massive chippy fan so I wasn't going to miss out on this chippy as the air bnb owner said it was a must visit in the area. It lived up to it's reputation as a great chippy. The food was fantastic. Freshly cooked chips whilst a while to cook were worth the wait. The place is clean and the staff, whilst busy were polite. It's obviously popular with locals and visitors alike and I would definitely visit again. My only complaint was the cost. Our usual order for two people that we get at h
