This particular Dairy Queen location is consistently good. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, generous blizzard mix-ins, and are always open as advertised.
The restaurant could have been cleaner, but the staff was very friendly and the prices were reasonable. Additionally, the ice cream was delicious.
When waiting in line to order at this Dairy Queen may take a bit longer than at McDonald's, the wait is definitely worth it. The food is super delicious, hot, fresh, and made to order, rather than sitting under a heat lamp for hours. The chicken strips are made from real chicken breasts, the burgers from real beef. And let's not forget about their Blizzards, which my grandkids describe as "Bussin." The Chocolate Covered Cherries flavor is the best! I am willing to go out of my way to visit this restaurant again.
I'm always reordering the Strawberry shake or Strawberry ice cream while my husband order the Strawberry cheese cake or their slushy drinks as a refreshment for the both of us.
The food was perfect. Taste great. Freshly made. We had ordered a chili dog and sauced and tossed chicken strip basket. Both were made really well. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We also got two blizzard that were made fast.
