back in okcasuonaly now after pandemic. great, personal so happy to find and go away for them. also encouraging points alternative. new employees also very efficient and friendly View all feedback.
What Dan Florentin doesn't like about Costa:
Bacon roll was pretty damn good, chicken and mushroom toastie wasn't (lacked a reasonable amount of filling and was all in the center 1/3 of the toastie). Coffee Frostino was good, Belgian Chocolate Frostino wasn't (ice wasn't properly blended). For the cost, you're better off going elsewhere. View all feedback.
Being called love numerous times is not very professional. Also being asked to move as we were standing admiring the marina so a table could be moved to exactly where we were standing was ridiculous. The two young men serving need a lesson in customer service. We didn’t purchase anything from Costa but surely we can stand next to the railings and admire the marina!
I have visited this restaurant twice in the past few weeks and it is a delightful place to enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. The atmosphere is bright and inviting, and the service is top-notch. I am a fan of Costa, but this particular restaurant stands out as one of their best.
I recently had a delightful experience at Costa Cafe in Portishead. Ashley provided exceptional service, demonstrating a genuine passion for customer satisfaction. The entire staff was friendly and efficient, making my visit truly enjoyable. The cozy atmosphere and consistently great coffee make Costa Cafe a standout choice in Portishead.
The service at Costa was excellent, just as I had anticipated.
Lovely views, ok food variety not the best for more 'particular taste ' but nice enough for a little sit-down
