I ordered two footlongs for delivery. They sent me white bread instead of the requested Italian crust, and the bread wasn't toasted even though I specified it in my order. The sandwiches arrived cold. View all feedback.
I had a great experience here had a lot of fun. Should come here more often the food was good.
Customer service is very good and the food staffs serve is very neat and fast.
Very rude and unhelpful staff. When my sister asked if she had accidentally left her keys there, they sort of didn 't really know what she was talking about, went back and asked someone else but didn 't then look to see if any keys had been left! She called later and politely explained she was there before and blah blah, she was then cut off with yeh they 're not here . Screw you guys! At least look and check and just be polite UGH
Very disappointed with this place.Staff are rude and not professional.Made a complaint and the manager has still not contacted me.Avoid this subway!!!
I placed a mobile order for five footlong sandwiches with a special request: “Please cut each foot into four pieces.” This order was specifically intended for young students. After 30 minutes, I arrived to pick them up, and while the sandwiches were ready, none had been cut as requested. The restaurant staff claimed they hadn't received that part of my order. One male employee, who seemed overwhelmed with other customers, was a bit grumpy but eventually helped cut the sandwiches into four pieces. I felt sorry for him but was frustrated with Subway because their system failed to relay my message to the restaurant. This resulted in me having to argue with the staff and wasting extra time instead of simply enjoying my meal. The sandwiches were decent, as usual, but my experience with the online ordering system today was disappointing. Subway could definitely improve in this area.
