Today is Mothers day my husband wanted me to have breakfast in bed I choose YiaYia. I'm severally disappointed. I ordered 4 scramble eggs with cheese 4 chicken sausage blue berry gluten free pancakes and aBelgian waffle apple cinnamon. only received the the Belgian waffle. The food was good but the crepes were soggy but the rest was better
It was just ok, had hair in my drink. The server was very sorry and brought out a new one. Food was average, and it gets pretty crowded on weekends. Come early. Parking: Lot gets full quick. Kid-friendliness: Something for everyone to eat.
We were a party of 8 the lady who toke care of us idk if she is new but she would understand our order and our food come out all wrong .. then we payed the older lady seem like the owner or manager she wear glasses on here hair bring us the check after we give our card just to sign doesnt tell us the tip included what us to add more .. waiting for us to finish signing idk a little uncomfortable

I used to love this place but lately the service has gone down hill. Today we had a party of 8 and they gave us a number n told us that it would be 20 min wait. I went to the car to wait then went back inside 10 minutes in and the lady told me that they gave my table away. I had told her u had said 20 min and i came in 10 min before the 20 min. So then i had asked the older lady how much longer to wait for another table n replied that they didnt know i was fine with her response but there was a younger lady who seems to be in charge of seating and gave us the rudest attitude. Should of given the number back in the first place n with her hand made a rude gesture. Keep on hiring people like this and you will lose loyal customers like me. Sadly i dont think i will ever go back thanks to this experience. Train your new employees about customer service just dont hire anyone who dont care about their job or customers.
