I ordered a coffee at the restaurant. It seemed like a simple enough task, but the car in front of me decided to have a lengthy chat with the cashier, causing me to wait for 10 minutes. I was frustrated and ready to leave the line. Finally, I reached the window, handed the girl my money, but she accidentally dropped my change on the floor. I ordered a coffee. simple enough. but the car in front of me decided that it was her time to chat with the hired one. 10 minutes! I was ready to leave the line. I finally get into the window, I give the girl my money. she gives me my change and everything falls on the floor. Who hired these people? the coffee was cold. she was rude. I hate dunkin.

I'm hating Dunkin right now.
The app says you get a free medium hot coffee with a purchase so I go and get a large iced coffee and they tell me I have to buy food in order to get the free medium hot coffee, so when I get up to the window to pay for my iced coffee I figure I’m getting a free hot coffee she said you already paid for that so do you want another order of food? I told her I just paid for food and I’m supposed to get a free hot coffee and I’d like a medium midnight roast they give me a medium hot coffee not midnight roast. They should explain the free when you first order and not only when asked.
Dunkin Donuts or short staffed. Left there with a coffee that tastes like caramel
