Ruby Tuesday - North Platte

If you are considering stopping to eat, keep driving! We sat down and waited for over half an hour before any staff acknowledged us at our table. We asked for water from the greeter and waited an additional 20 minutes. During this time, several customers left the restaurant due to the lack of service. I asked to speak to the manager, but he never came by. I requested the server to ask the manager to come over, but once again, he did not show up and sent another server to speak to us. Tyler Picket is the manager. The service was very poor.

The food at this restaurant is amazing! The service is fantastic and friendly. The decor may not be my favorite, as I prefer the old school charm of Ruby Tuesday, but it's still okay. It might be a bit pricey considering the quality of preparation, but the basic food itself is top-notch.

Great food!!! Service is fantastic and friendly. Well, I guess I loved the old school Rubin Tuesday more, but it's okay. Perhaps a bit of pricy for the quality of preparation, but the basic food itself is of excellent quality.

The service was excellent at this restaurant. I had called a few other places to inquire about vegan options and received rude responses. However, the bartender at RT was sweet and patient, even during the dinner rush. She made me feel welcomed and valued, which I appreciated in a city where vegan options can be limited. The vegan burger was delicious, as were the fries, and the salad from the salad bar was huge, packed with vegetables, garbanzo beans, and a zesty cilantro lime vinaigrette. I am grateful for the great meal and service.
