What User doesn't like about The Honey Baked Ham Company:
Terrible customer service and they try to make up for it by calling people pet names. First, they Couldn?t find my order because they took my name down wrong when I placed the order. Then, when they finally found it, I explained I placed the order for Thanksgiving on Monday and was told I can pay when I get in but they said my coupon had expired the day before and they wouldn?t honor it. I stopped to redeem a gift certificate I received last Christmas. They were happy to redeem it and very helpful. Just a note. Although the open sign was illuminated, they are closed on Sundays when I came past the week. View all feedback.
