I stopped to redeem a gift certificate I received last Christmas. They were happy to redeem it and very helpful. Just a note. Although the open sign was illuminated, they are closed on Sundays when I came past the week. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Honey Baked Ham Company:
Terrible customer service and they try to make up for it by calling people pet names. First, they Couldn?t find my order because they took my name down wrong when I placed the order. Then, when they finally found it, I explained I placed the order for Thanksgiving on Monday and was told I can pay when I get in but they said my coupon had expired the day before and they wouldn?t honor it. My holidays have been made deliciously convenient thanks to HBH. Perfect amounts and great options takes the hassle out of the holidays....
We just recently discovered this place at work and absolutely love it! We eat here every week now. Tracey and Jenny are super sweet and are incredibly fast and attentive. Thank you guys for making lunch fun again!
