Terrible, awful, unacceptable customer service. I can't accurately assess the food since we were turned away without being served. The hours posted online and on the door clearly state that they are open until 8:00 PM. I tried calling multiple times at 7:30 PM, but received no answer. I finally decided to go in at 7:45 PM to pick up my birthday dinner for myself and my family since I assumed they wouldn’t respond to the phone. When I arrived, they told me they wouldn’t take my order because they were almost finished closing—at 7:50 PM! When I asked why they didn’t answer the phone, they said, “Yeah, we turn our phones and online ordering off at 7:30.” Seriously? There's no need to wait for ovens or fryers to cool down! If you're going to stop serving customers at 7:30 PM, then change your operating hours to reflect that. Employees should wrap things up after business hours, but if customers are still waiting, they should be available to assist. This is a terrible way to run a business. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
