Pizza is good tasting. Don’t be fooled by the gluten free advertised crust, they don’t seem to take any precautions in avoiding cross contamination, they don’t change their gloves or anything. Terrible, awful, unacceptable customer service. I can't accurately assess the food since we were turned away without being served. The hours posted online and on the door clearly state that they are open until 8:00 PM. I tried calling multiple times at 7:30 PM, but received no answer. I finally decided to go in at 7:45 PM to pick up my birthday dinner for myself and my family since I assumed they wouldn’t respond to the phone. When I arrived, they told me they wouldn’t take my order because they were almost finished closing—at 7:50 PM! When I asked why they didn’t answer the phone, they said, “Yeah, we turn our phones and online ordering off at 7:30.” Seriously? There's no need to wait for ovens or fryers to cool down! If you're going to stop serving customers at 7:30 PM, then change your operating hours to reflect that. Employees should wrap things up after business hours, but if customers are still waiting, they should be available to assist. This is a terrible way to run a business.
