I worked on this subway in 1987 when she opened, I was still at the High School in Miami Central Senior High. Bob Gallet and Marvin Kats, where the owners. For the first time I come back to eat here since 1987. Very happy to see that it is still strong.
We love the food and the staff is friendly and the business is always clean.

I visited this restaurant recently around 2:00 PM, and when I arrived, there was only one employee working. Within just five minutes, the line had already stretched outside the door. I picked my seat and immediately joined the back of the line. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting on the subway for over an hour due to the slow service. The employee was efficient and skilled at multitasking, but he just couldn't keep up with the steadily growing line of customers. When some patrons complained about the situation and inquired why there was only one person working, he explained that someone had called in last minute. By 3:30 PM, two additional employees arrived, which helped with the line. Overall, my experience was decent; aside from the slow service and the understaffing, everything else was satisfactory.
