My friend and I were extremely disappointed with our lunch experience. The server who took our order completely skipped over us and instead took the order from the family behind us. The family was served before us without any explanation or apology. Despite trying to get the server's attention, we were continuously ignored. I had a problem with an order that I made on the day before .so I went in and spoke to the manager susan, and she was so very helpful she rectified immediately the problem and was very nice about it. she runs a very good restaurant eating is always hot and fresh and clean atmosphere! thx susan and coworkers in the panda express 163rd street miami?

WORST MANAGER IVE EVER SEEN WORKING AT A RESTAURANT. PAYED FOR A $50 PICKUP ORDER, THEY GAVE ME HALF.
