The manager there a middle aged bloke with glasses was very rude to me. Walked in to get a coffee and he was sat at the end of the coffee bar (where customers normally sit in non Covid times). He was on a laptop, presumably doing work, but he did see me. He then continued to do work on the laptop, choosing to ignore me. This Costa is the best!! Without a doubt! Simon and the young lady who served me today were attentive, informative, and the best in Scunthorpe. I will not go anywhere else now. Most customers I've noticed know Simon and Simon knows their drinks! I have visited 3 times recently, and it's Simon's service and friendliness that I return for. If every franchise could have a Simon, they would be winning! Xxx View all feedback.
