Not friendly staff, no smiles or chat. Chips were very dry and overcooked, brown. The batter on the fish was sponge like. Not what I wanted or paid for. Doubt I'd go back again. Just had the Donner and Chips from here for the first time since the new owners took over, to say i'm displeased is an understatement. The chips were soggy and dripping in fat. The donner meat was so old and crunchy i couldve broke a tooth on it and it had the taste of an old dish washers dregs. It made me feel Sick! I've been going to this chip shop for 15+ years even with all the owner changes. Never have i eaten such horrible food. They have lost me as a customer indefinitely.
