Marco's Pizza - North Las Vegas

Ordered a pizza an hour and a half before going to pick it up. Promise time of 5:30.. got to the store and waited 20 more minutes. Absolutely ridiculous!

Had the absolute worse service experience at this Centennial location. Placed an online order and received step by step emails of my order progress. When it said ready, I sent my son to pick up. He was told there was no order under my name. I called the location because I have all receipt/order confirmation with this location address. And my card was charged. I was told I would have to call corporate or their manager tomorrow. Meanwhile, no food and no refund! I do not understand how you run a business with no competent person to make customer service decisions or handle problems. Very disappointing.

I think when a place is really busy is when you can tell a lot about the staff. This staff who were clearly busy, were polite and friendly. At least to me anyway. Much appreciated. I ordering the calzone with pepperoni, mushrooms and extra cheese. HOWEVER, if you can't use FRESH mushrooms then I must dock the establishment one star. The mushrooms were clearly sliced mushrooms from a can or jar, and in my book unacceptable and disappointing. I'm quite sure they use enough mushrooms to use fresh ones.The crust was good and cooked fine, the pepperoni and cheese was as expected. I did find the marinara sauce, while flavorful, almost too sweet though.I order from here from time to time but this was the first time I noticed the canned mushrooms. C'mon guys, Gordon Ramsay is cussing up a storm!

Loved it. When I lived in Suisun California they didn't have a Marcos, but I always saw the commercials and couldn't wait to try it and I was not

The pizza was MUSHY the crust was soggy and gummy a real nasty n under cooked pizza won't b back for awhile service okay thee other pizza which i asked extra sauce didn't have the extra sauce n was very dry s
