What User doesn't like about Shell Old Inns:
Visited at garage this morning. Date: Oct Time: am. I believe, this place needs new management team to maintain the hygiene and basic standards. Talking from experience as working in management and quality control. Costa machines area needs “cleaning” and checked every few hours, milk and coffee inside the machine also needs to be checked before busy morning hours, this is due to the quality of coffee. After a long 10-hour drive home from the south, the young man working the midnight shift last night on January 11th, 2020, was incredibly polite and friendly. It was a breath of fresh air after such a grueling journey. Keep up the great service! View all feedback.
