Just a quick review as I wanted to recognise the staff member Kelly-Anne in this branch. After a bit of a mix up with our delivery leaving 1 child upset she quickly rectified things got us sorted. Worst McDonalds by far, EVERYTIME we go through the drive through we are told to take a waiting space where you can be waiting 15-20mins, tried ordering on the app for the first time and some items missing, so after paying their inflated prices the only offer to resolve this by the under manageress was for me to make my way to restaurant to collect the missing items alternatively I was told I could call Uber and clai... My order was wrong 3 times not a sorry from the manager had to get a refund place is a joke saff rude and dont no there arse to there elbow AVOID .
So I ordered through the McDonald’s app yesterday morning and this is what the eggs on my breakfast wrap looked like, a gross description to make but it smelt like farts and just off, took a bite and the texture was really strange, looked down and that’s what I seen, I thought surely it can’t be mold but that’s appalling either way
Ordered a large order 7pm on justeat order excepted money taken 45min later, text came in order cancelled no explanation and says you will receive a full refund within 10 working days . To say I am not happy is an understatement. Terrible service will not be ordering from there again ...
Very busy in restaurant restaurant. Filled with delivery drivers. I never get my sauce. Free or paid for.
Order breakfast roll it come wrong i contact them they are not interested in fixing the problem.
