Domino's Pizza - North Lanarkshire

We had a few problems in ordering dominos in cumbernauld before as literally no cheese on pizza, once opened box and toppings had all deported on pizza, pizza soggy and break a away, really faty etc. to name. a couple. this time we have ordered and specifically asked about the website and paid for that extra cheese on both pizzas. because of the problems we had previously called after the order to ensure that extra cheese was placed on pizzas, as it had previously problems, and they assured us that this would be done. we received the pizzas within a normal time and a pizza seemed perfect, but the other looked like it had been flown where pizza was folded up. images included. my partner called frustrating to complain as there is always something! they are apologized and offered to make a new one and overwhelm the pizza and are kindly containing cookies and putting a £25 as an apology that my partner accepted on bill. the pizza and the biscuits arrived in normal time and we opened the pizza and yet again, although not where not badly as last time some of the discs were folded and there were literally hardly any cheese (image included). No reason to complain, as we have waited long enough, eating separately in the evening and the staff had clearly not taken care of and complained before. the management clearly needs a training as well as the employees on their work! better from buying create a own pizza asda they get exactly what they demand and to the fraction of the cost in comparison to what they pay from this place!

Ordered for collection and tracked to enable me to nip in and collect on my lunch break. Advised 7-12 mins online when I ordered. Tracking advised it was ready. Drive over from Asda and it’s not out the oven I was told. Girl served two...customers then without washing her hands after touching the money started on my pizza. Had to wait 30 mins from ordering. Terrible Customer service although feel sorry for the young girl as she was doing all the work while two older man flapped around doing nothing!

We ordered a pizza to our school common room because it was the last day of school before the Christmas holidays. We ordered at 10:50 at break for 12:25. They said on the phone that it was fine and it would probably be there at...12:30 as they were busy. I went outside at 12:25 and they weren’t there. I went outside again at 12:40 and they still weren’t there. So we phoned them and said it wasn’t there and they said it hadn’t even left the shop. We asked them politely when it would be here and they said it would be there soon and hung up on us. At 12:50 it still wasn’t there and our lunch ended soon so we phoned them again and said it still wasn’t there. They said to us that the delivery driver had been to the school at 12:25 and no one was there so they left. We had been there the whole time and no one was there so we told them that. The woman on the phone called us liars so we cancelled the order. So we had nothing for lunch. It’s safe to say I’m not going to be ordering from Dominos again. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had.

Saturday night. 8pm. Rang to find out where the order was placed 1.5hrs ago. Got told “it’s a 3hr delivery time. And I don’t appreciate the tone you’re using”. Dominos Cumbernauld, this will be the last time you have to hear a complaint from...me” PIZZA HUT HERE I COME. Read the reviews and they are all spot on. Zero management in this store. Everyone sauntering about like headless chickens.

I received a delivery last night. This photo shows the kickers combo that was sent, no chicken in the box an it seemed it had been previously done
