We waited 40 minutes for breakfast. They were short staffed and I can understand that but it would have helped to know that when I ordered. As we could have done some of our shopping instead of sitting there twiddling our thumbs. I also like my coffee with my meal. Again we should have been asked. We waited 40 minutes for breakfast. They were short staffed and I can understand that but it would have helped to know that when I ordered. As we could have done some of our shopping instead of sitting there twiddling our thumbs. I also like my coffee with my meal. Again we should have been asked. But I was really annoyed to see people who had ordered after us get their meal while we sat there with our empty coffee cups. That has nothing to do with being short staffed.
Ordered fish and chips that had heaps of bones. I had a 18month old who love to eat fish and naturally I'm worried about her well being. Brought the dish back saying there are bones in the dish but the wait staff wasn't even apologetic.Not coming back and wouldn't recommend anyone going.
Paid $7.40 for a piece of cake, when it arrived at our table it was not any of the 6 pieces of cake we saw in the front counter, it was a piece from out the back. It was also missing half the topping on top of the cake. I asked for another piece, they asked if I was happy to have cream put over the missing topping. I said no, I would like another piece. They went off, got me a piece from the cake counter display and slid it onto our table in a very average way. Then I spotted the staff holding up the bit of cake and talking/laughing about it, in another language.Very average experience. Won’t come back.
I ordered a freshly baked waffles but it was undercooked. So I told them and they gave me a new one. Unfortunately it was not waffles tasting that I have eaten before definitely. I complained the manager it. He just said to me I can give you another one for you. And his explanation was not good for me and didn 't say sorry for that. I didn 't want another one. And We don 't have time to eat. The manager 's attitude was so bad he was disrespectful impolite. The last words he said to me putting the third plate of waffle on the table was something like this try this, if you still don 't think it 's some as the one before then it 's not your type of taste How can he say that to customer? I think he really needs a customer service education.
Service non existent. Staff ignored customers at counter and service assistant rolled her eyes at customer's request. Not worth it...
