The food was good, but the staff needs to mature and focus on their jobs. The front of house should prioritize cleaning the tables instead of chatting with each other. Overall, the service was lacking. View all feedback.
On arrival staff were in the back chatting very loudly and ignored my request for service twice. On the third try which was louder a young lady came and took our order. I was not impressed with the cheesy bacon dog, my partner enjoyed the ruby classic, fries were standard. I don't think I will be frequenting this establishment again. Staff also used the Ipad console to take selfies.. not professional.
Excellent value, I had the Elvis burger with loaded Chili cheese tata tots. Was excellent for a fast food alternative to the usual options.
What happened to my former favourite burger joint? Saving money had us stop ordering and going out for food but we decided to treat ourselves tonight anyway. What a mistake. Burger buns were stale and chewy, Pattie’s were tasteless, the potato gems (as you can’t order fries for delivery any more what!? weren’t flavoured at all and the sweet potato fries weren’t even fully cooked. I’m so disappointed.
Still pumping out great burgers with amazing service. Fries are still hit and miss though. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
