Jersey Mike's - North Hollywood

My three kids were craving subs, and on this day, they were all in the mood for Jersey Mike's. We placed our order online and picked it up. The presentation was delightful: our five subs were packed in a cute brown paper bag that was easy to carry. Once we got home, it was simple to identify each sandwich because they allow you to personalize your sub when ordering online. My kids and I used our nicknames, which added to the fun of the experience. In the past, we've struggled to identify whose food is whose, especially since we all order different items. However, with Jersey Mike's, we'll never have that problem again. The bread is delicious, and the deli meat is flavorful. While we were eating, my kids declared that from now on, it's no more Subway—only Jersey Mike's! #MikesWay

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the lack of customer service. The person taking my order corrected me and laughed when I tried to express my preferences. The overall atmosphere was unfriendly; the cashier didn't say a word to me, and I received disapproving looks from the staff, except for the new guy in training. I would recommend visiting a different location instead.

The staff always greets you warmly upon entering, which is a lovely touch. The food is consistently fresh and delicious, especially the desserts—don't forget to grab a cookie on your way out; they’re incredibly tasty! The only drawback is that the employees tend to rush you by repeatedly asking if you need anything else, which can be a bit overwhelming. It would be nice to have a little more time to think about my order. Overall, they are doing a fantastic job. The location is excellent, conveniently located right off the freeway exit in the NoHo West open shopping plaza, with plenty of parking available. The ambiance is fantastic, allowing you to enjoy your sandwich either indoors or outdoors.

Only reason they get a 3 and not a 0 is because of how much I love their sandwiches. Been going to jersey mikes for years(different locations) and never had an issue . The guy working the meats has some major f n attitude. Very disrespectful to all the customers while I was in there including myself. I suggest fixing that issue because it's a bad representation of this great establishment.

I recently visited this store with my seven year old son. We ordered our usual and went to the table to eat. After opening my sandwich I realized it wasn’t cut in half. No big deal of course but when I asked the lady at the register if she can cut it in half she looked at me and quickly walked away. My sandwich sat there on the counter next to the register for quiet some time. I went back to ask if she was going to have it cut? I couldn’t believe it when handed me a 10’ kitchen knife and said you can do it yourself. Unbelievable! My son and I asked for refund and walked out the site. She refused to give me her name. It’s sad to see that someone worked so hard to get to this point and have several stores but can’t higher and train properly. We won’t be back
