The great time is really good. It's a great place to go even after school. The burgers are juicy and I enjoy my time here. For a small place it is great, only has almost no seats inside or outside, although hahaha. View all feedback.
What Marta Kovačić doesn't like about Big Time Burgers:
The prices are reasonable.
**Pros:** The burger was surprisingly tasty and the service was fast.
**Cons:** However, the burger patty was very thin, reminiscent of McDonald's, and the portion of fries was small. They also charge an extra 50 cents for ranch sauce, and I was provided with only one napkin. When I requested additional napkins, the lady manager handed me just one more. There’s no public restroom, and f... View all feedback.
The hospitality here is very typical of Korean culture. Just a heads-up—if you drop your napkin, it will cost you 25 cents for a replacement (I’m not joking!). While the burger was decent, it wasn’t quite good enough to make up for the poor service and what I see as greedy business practices. I don’t think it deserves the 4.5-star rating it has on Google; I would give it a solid 3 stars.
I stopped for lunch with my wife, and it was really delicious! The service was quick, and the staff was friendly and attractive. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the burger patty was quite thin. Don’t get me wrong—the flavor was fantastic, and I enjoyed the entire burger; I just wished the patty had been thicker. That said, I’ll definitely be back, and I plan to order a double burger for both of us next time. I also recommend trying this place—the fries were excellent: nice and hot, crunchy but not burnt, with what I think was Lawry's seasoning salt or something similar adding a nice touch. Just make sure to get extra patties! I might also try something different from their menu during my next visit.

I've eaten here all the time during high school. After returning to the area, I relied on her chili cheeses and their burgers! (I personally like her burgers more than in-N-Out. The couple who owns and runs the place is nice and professional. There is not much living room and it can feel easily overcrowded. But it is worth it!! So good!
WOW! I moved down the street and always saw this small burger joint, so I wanted to try it. I just went and grabbed a cheeseburger and chili cheese fries. It was one of the best cheeseburgers I 've ever tasted. And the chili cheese fries were great too. I got to try the fry before it got soaked, and the fry was crispy and delicious... which means their french fries in general are great. It looks to be family owned by a nice Asian man and his wife. In my opinion, it 's better than In 'N Out (unpopular opinion but I think In 'N Out is overrated). I don 't usually write Google reviews, but I wanted sing the praises of this lovely small family-owned burger joint, and hopefully bring more customers their way. You won 't regret it!
