The food and service was absolutely faultless and definitely one of the best Indian restaurants I've ever eaten at. If I'm in the area again then I'll definitely be eating here again. View all feedback.
What Chris Fry doesn't like about The Royal Bengal:
Asked if I wanted a complimentary drink, I do not drink spirits. Asked for a small lager, the manager came to the table and in front of my partner and other tables. Said only brandy or bailey's. Embarrassing.. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £40–50 Food: 4 Service: 2 View all feedback.
The meal was fantastic! Both the Kormas and Masala dishes were excellent. The rice, paneer, and naan were also amazing. The service was friendly and great. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating.
I have never had a disappointing curry at Bengal. The service is great and the curry is delicious. Royston's OG is a standout item on the menu. The Madras was enjoyable, though it could have been spicier. Overall, the service was excellent.
We arrived at the restaurant very late on a weekday. They graciously allowed us to dine even though it was closing time and the meal was delicious. Both my friend and I thoroughly enjoyed the food, which was brilliant and very tasty. The service was friendly as well. I highly recommend this restaurant!
We’ve been meeting in this restaurant once a month for over 10 years Friendly staff and great food Best Indian restaurant around !!!! Best compliment I could give in all the years of visiting iv never had a bad meal or felt disappointed !!! Keep up the good work guys !!!!!
We always come back to the Royal Bengal for some of the very best Indian food in the area: they are accommodating to vegans and the spices are so well balanced that each dish is individual and delicious. And the ambience is the best: it is a very pretty and immaculately clean interior, with snowy white linen tablecloths, and the service is beyond compare.
