What Robert B doesn't like about J's Grill Hitchin:
I want to give 5 stars as the chicken coming out is quite simply the best fried chicken I have ever had and the peri peri is properly char grilled to perfection. But...its only 3 because they need to learn how to deal with rushes and busy periods. Success will be completely undermined by not treating the customer as king.
