Pleasant staff, fast, although it was incredibly crowded and had a great ride through the line. Bagels fresh. Go here if you want to make Bagels in a place that only makes Bagels and Sandwiches on their freshly made Bagels.

Quick service from the drive through- bagels are large and tasty. My favorite is the jalapeño jack bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. Iced coffee wasn’t half bad either.Food: 5/5

Definitely a reconmend an the breakfast sandwich side of things. Try the cheddar, asiago and cinnamon raisin are very good… but wait!! French toast bagel!? Yes, please!! Arrive early for best selection and there will more than likely be a wait. Oh, so delicious... cause they are BageliciousFood: 5/5

TERRIBLE service! Not only are the employees incompetent, they are RUDE! Terrible attitudes for their mistakes they can’t own up to. The staff will absolutely destroy this business. Never knew it was so hard to make a bacon egg and cheese and be KIND professional.Waited 20 minutes before telling the register my order was forgotten, in which the employee replied, “we called your number and you didn’t come up.” First of all, I was in the building the entire time, my number was never called. Second of all, even if that WAS the truth .. where is my sandwich? Why would it have to be REMADE if the original was still waiting to be picked up? After waiting for a new sandwich, delivered to me by another employee with a rotten, sarcastic attitude. I get to my car only to find the order was made WRONG. The bacon was NOT cooked and it was on a roll instead of a bagel.How many times can you mess up on a single order? I get mistakes happen, but maybe try apologizing instead of blaming the customer, or at the very least, make the proper corrections.

There's not many good authentic bagel spots in CT but this place does a great job. Nice variety and great staff. I come here oftenFood: 5/5
