Deeply disappointed when i went in, your employee...and i hate to point out race, but she was african american...was giving me very bad customer service. I am talking yelling, bad attitude, angry, throwing money towards customers. It was so disappointing. I tried calling but was greeted with rude customer service over the phone. Was told three different prices. Food wasn't that great, use to be better.
One of the girls that was getting trained took my order wrong and caught an attitude telling me my order is wrong and proceeded to talk under her breath sucking her teeth at me and blowing bubbles with her gum she interrupted me during my order to spit gum into a paper so I had to get help from the other one at the register with the accent that was trained by kat never coming back here again especially since kat is gone you’ve lost a three year loyal customer
Too much yelling and when the two girls go to the back I can hear them getting fussed at. When they are getting their orders from the back it’s someone throwing the food on the counter which is a rude and horrible way to treat employees yet they wonder why they are short staff they also don’t answer the phone and unplug it even though many complains so annoying
