Subway - Darlington

The food was not fresh and the staff seemed impatient. They appeared excited when customers arrived, but would whisper among themselves in a way that was off-putting.

I recently visited Underground in Darlington and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. I had read great reviews about this restaurant in a special guide, so I had high expectations. I requested my 6-inch sub to be cut in half, which seemed like a simple request. However, when I asked for pickles on the side instead of on the sandwich, it was a game changer. The pickles ended up making the sandwich soggy and unappetizing. This experience has made me lose trust in the restaurant and I will be more cautious in the future. I believe I deserve a properly made foot-long tuna sub after this disappointment.

The service was okay, but make sure to double-check your order before ordering a tuna fish salad. They forgot the tuna.

Order frequently, but lately the subs are poorly made. I may try palmetto subs.

Erster Eindruck war eigentlich echt gut. Mitarbeiter war sehr freundlich. Leider haben wir in einem Sandwich eine Fliege gefunden, wurde dann entsorgt und ohne weitere Kosten ein neues gemacht. Ansonsten war der Rest trotzdem sehr lecker.
