It was during one's break but I still got quick, excellent and pleasant service. In other words they put up with my overt chattiness. I ordered a special...the Mediterranean salad. We liked what... read more In Burbank this past Saturday, there were huge lines 2 3 hours at one place and were wondering what to do next when we drove past Central Grille. We liked what we read in the reviews and decided to stop in. So glad we did. From the three different short rib dishes we got to the salads to the drinks to the service of Mike, we had a blast. And our party of 7 had the Sky Room to ourselves. We will be back!

I NEVER show up last minute to a restaurant that is closing, but- It was 830p on a Saturday night. They close at 9pm. Several booths (maybe 5-8? were full of people mid-meal. I went in and said I just wanted a burger TO GO (in consideration for the staff . Nope. Manager says THE KITCHEN IS CLOSED . 30 minutes before closing?! In a climate when restaurants and people in the service industry can really use support... it 's surprising and dissapointing.

Shakers was good, but this place is great. I can tell they spent a lot of time and money designing this restaurant. Nice interior asd really good food. Unique menu items and full bar. The crispy fried Brussel sprouts were VERY good. Friendly staff too.
