The food I ordered was really tasty, but I was disgusted to find a hair in my chips. Please address this issue.

Although the food was tasty and came out hot, I was disappointed by the sudden price hike at this restaurant. Just two weeks ago, our meal of two pizzas, garlic bread with cheese, and two drinks cost us around £24. However, on our most recent visit, the same order came to a hefty £37. I'm not sure if this jump in price was a mistake or intentional, but it didn't feel like we were getting good value for our money.

I used to order food regularly from this restaurant, but I was not happy with my last order. I decided to give them another try, but the food was awful and the portion size was small. Unfortunately, I had to throw it away. It's clear that the restaurant is under new management and the quality has declined. When I called to complain, I was told that a replacement would not be available until midnight. I was promised a discount on my next order and a free bottle of soda, but that was not honored. There was no lack of communication on my part.

I had the meat lovers calzone, absolutely sensational. My work mate had the king kong burger and said it was far too tasty for a work meal. The new owners have certainly turned it around back to its former glory.

Seen how they treated staff and it was absolutely appalling. Some staff member also commenting about customers when they was right there and underpaying staff for their hard work and then talking amongst the staff about other members of staff. Will not be going back there not a very nice environment.
